These products are all designed for
maximum durability and ease of installation in mind. It is the
motto of mop derby to constantly improve all products. With this
in mind you can use the customer feedback page and leave
feedback about items you have purchased. All comments good or
bad are appreciated. This feedback will be used for improvement
of the parts I sell.
These products are not magical and
will not produce a star derby driver overnight. However these
products will eliminate headaches caused by untested parts and
thrown together components that fail when you get to the track
and leave you out of the feature. These items are all race
winning products that have many top 5 finishes.
There is also a products
installation instructions page that has been added. These are
installation instructions for my products and through my
experience of installing these in cars over the years these are
the best methods I have found so far.
SHIPPING - Orders will be shipped in 1-2 days (m-f). Weekends and Holidays are not considered as days. If an item is not in stock or there is a problem with the order, an email will be sent as soon as the order is received to let you know there is a problem. Backorders generally do not take longer than a week to fill. Certain exceptions apply to custom order parts. M.O.P. Derby Products will not be responsible for freight charges above and beyond normal shipping rates for orders with items on backorder. Air shipping can be requested at the buyer’s expense. A general rule of thumb on next day air packages is 3-4 times normal freight rates.
FREIGHT CHARGES - Due to certain limitations with the shopping cart function, freight charges are not always accurate on multiple item purchases to certain zip codes. If there is a problem an email will be sent to you. The order WILL be held until the problem is taken care of.
PAYMENT - We still accept orders with checks and Money orders if you do not use credit/debit cards or Paypal. These can be mailed to M.O.P. Derby Products. Please include a note with exactly what you are purchasing and your shipping address and phone number. Items that are paid for with personal checks will not ship until check has cleared. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
RETURN POLICY Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment (per tracking info from shipper). An RGA number must be requested from M.O.P. Derby Products prior to return of the item. All items must be new-unused and complete. Items returned incomplete or used will not be credited. Returns must be freight pre-paid and shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Credit will be given as in-store credit. After the 30 day return window a restock charge may be assessed.
